Neil has a fascinating range of experience. His journey started in Chartered Accountancy and ended in Psychotherapy.
He is a Business Leader, an author, creator of The Relationship Paradigm and a Psychotherapist specialising in Relationships at home and at work.
As a Relationship Expert he has written two books; Reset and Recover. His third book, Respect; about relationships in business is being published soon .
In the last year he has also written over 300 articles on Relationships for a range of publications including The Independent, Guardian, Times,Telegraph, Mail, Mirror, Sun, OK Magazine, Forbes, BBC Radio and Times Radio. His books and articles have been read by over 4.8 million people in print and over 3 billion online.
In business he has run several large retail businesses, been a strategy consultant on cultural change to organisations such as BT and National Power. He has put together two MBO's and 13 MBI's. For the last 12 years has been running CEO mastermind groups where he has mentored many CEO's through business and personal transformation.
He is currently non exec Chairman of a market leading hygiene business and mentor / NED to CEO's of 7 businesses.
His qualifications include: B.Sc in Management Sciences from Warwick, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, MBA from Cranfield. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts.
His Psychotherapeutic training includes; Counselling, Coaching, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapy, Master Practitioner in NLP, Gestalt, TA, Systemic Constellations, Facilitator in Clean Language and Systemic Modelling, Insights Discovery and Prophet Profiling. He is a member of The Association of Coaching, Association of NLP, an organisational member of BACP and a member of the Association for Coaching as well as Association for Business Psychology.
The extraordinary relationship model that he has created, The Relationship Paradigm, unleashes a way of calibrating, understanding and evolving personal and business relationships.

Gwen Stirling Wilkie
Gwen has extensive experience as a senior business leader, Executive Director and Trustee from within private and third sector organisations. She has over 35 years of leadership experience and has been consulting in different industries and sectors for over 20 years. In her consulting work she specialises in senior leadership team effectiveness, dialogue, transformation, and culture change.
As a behavioural scientist and business psychologist Gwen is skilled in decoding the relationship dynamics at play between individuals and within senior level teams.
She is much sought-after for her consulting work and known for her warm relational style. Those who have worked with her say that she is able to “quickly get to the nub of what’s going on” and “intuitively picks up on what’s not being said”.
She develops relational-based consulting skills in others as faculty on the Certificate of Dialogic OD at the Cape Cod Institute, along with masterclasses on the MSc in Management Consulting at Leeds University Business School.
Her book on virtual consulting, ‘From Physical Place to Virtual Space’, was an Amazon best-selling business consulting book in February 2021.
Gwen has a range of qualifications including the Applied Behavioural Sciences NTL OD Certificate & Human Interaction Group Dynamics Trainer, Relational Organisational Gestalt, Ecological Constellations, NLP Master Practitioner & Coach. She is a Certified Business Psychologist, holds an MSc in Organisational Consulting and an MBA from Ashridge Business School. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
